The standard bail bond premium is 10% of the total bail amount, set by California Insurance Code § 1800.4. Some clients qualify for a reduced 8% rate.

Once we post the bond, most people are released within 4-8 hours. We expedite the process as much as possible.

The arrested person's full name, date of birth, and the jail they are in. Charges are helpful but not always required.

No — the 10% premium is our non-refundable fee for posting the bond.

Yes — we offer flexible payment plans and zero-down options for qualifying clients.

Absolutely. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including holidays.

Yes — each county's Superior Court sets its own bail schedule. The same charge can carry very different bail amounts depending on where the arrest occurs. For example, a DUI first offense is $5,000 in LA County but $2,500 in San Diego County. Assault with a deadly weapon ranges from $25,000 in Orange County to $50,000 in LA and San Bernardino. Murder bail ranges from $1,000,000 to $2,000,000 depending on the county. Call us at (626) 478-1062 and we'll tell you the exact bail schedule for the county involved.

Bail must be posted in the county of arrest — not the county of residence. The case will also be heard in that county's Superior Court. For example, if someone from Riverside is arrested in LA County, we post bail at an LA County facility and the arraignment will be at an LA courthouse. The defendant can petition to transfer the case after arraignment in limited circumstances, but the initial bail and court appearance are always in the county of arrest. We handle multi-county situations daily — call us and we coordinate everything.

Each county has its own inmate lookup system. In LA County, search the LASD Inmate Locator or call (213) 473-6100. Orange County uses the OCSD Who's In Jail system at (714) 710-8884. San Bernardino uses the SBSD Inmate Locator. San Diego uses the SDSD Who's In Jail system at (619) 313-5610. Riverside uses the RSO Inmate Locator. If you don't know which county the arrest was in, call us at (626) 478-1062 — we can search multiple county systems simultaneously and locate your loved one within minutes.
